Sports (Hayes):

Students will participate in traditional and non-traditional sports throughout this semester course. Students will learn and execute specific skills and strategies related to those sports. We will discuss the benefits of sport and how participation in sports changes throughout the course of our lives.

6th Grade P.E./Health:

This is a semester long class that focuses on physical fitness, coordination, balance, and body awareness. On the health side we engage the students in meaningful discovery of nutrition and learn about our cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
