Ms. Ressler has already started listing common problems and how to overcome them. Your job is to look at Ms. Ressler's list of common problems and provide a step-by-step guide to post on the website of either a few of these main issues plus your own that you see, or just post problems and solutions to issues you see arising at school.
You can only use 2 of Ms. Ressler's troubleshooting ideas (and please make sure to highlight them to note that you are going to discuss in your how-to guide so someone doesn't repeat yours).
Overall, you should have a total of 5 problems to troubleshoot-these can be problems on a combination of devices such as chromebooks, iphones, ipads, Google docs (like logging in and out), etc or just all problems on one kind of device (especially if you have a Hayes tech device-see me if you need one to use -we have ipods, ipads, ipad minis and chromebooks).
For each problem you troubleshoot, write out a quick but detailed step-to-step guide, create a quick Google Slideshow, make a Google drawing or create a quick video. See Ms. Ressler with questions.
