Make a Form and have your AO take it (Ms. R will help with ipads & requirements)!

Google Forms are awesome!  Play around with the features and make a tech trainers survey for your academic options' class to take regarding:

• what kinds of technology students have
• what kinds of help they need with technology
• suggestions for tech use with their classes
• their feedback on any classes they have that use Canvas
• any other specific Pacer Tech Trainer ideas they have

When setting up your form, here are the parameters:

• make sure students do not have to log in to take the survey
• include a text response question so students can add more comments
• include at least 1  multiple choice question
• include at least one cool picture that enhances your survey (can be silly but not inappropriate and must go along with questions)
• a scale question
• include an interesting theme background
• personalize the message at the end instead of just "Your message has been recorded."  Thank the person for taking the survey at least.

BONUS: Add a "choose from the list" that requires them to go to a different page of the survey based on their answer.

BONUS: Add a "grid" question and play with features.

When finished, Ms. Ressler will assist you in having your academic options class (and maybe another class) take the survey.

THEN, create a report on your findings looking at the responses page and the "summary of results."  Type up what you did, what you learned about forms and what you learned from the results of the survey.  Include the graphs from the " summary
